Plans & Pricing

Notes: Annual plans are discounted vs monthly totals. Prices are VAT-exclusive (if applicable). One plan per site/domain.

Quick Summary

• Standard (R160/mo): care tasks + up to 6 minor content updates/month, free shared hosting (5GB) or use your own host (same fee), free site & email migration, unlimited email accounts (on request), 24–48h response (business hours). Add +5GB storage for R80/mo.
• eCommerce (R250/mo): everything in Standard, plus store-specific care (WooCommerce database checks, order/status email tests, critical checkout updates priority). Content/product work remains billable unless minor (see below).
• Emails-Only (R125/mo or R1,000/yr): business email hosting and support only (mailboxes, DNS, migrations). No website hosting or maintenance tasks are included in this plan.

1) What’s Included (per site)

Care & Protection (all website plans)

• WordPress core, theme & plugin updates
• Weekly offsite backups
• Security scans & malware checks
• Uptime monitoring
• Bug/error fixes caused by normal use

Content Updates

Up to 6 minor updates/month on Standard & eCommerce plans (see “Minor Changes”). Unused minor changes don’t roll over.

Hosting & Email (website plans)

• Free shared hosting (5GB included) or use your own host (same fee)
• Unlimited email accounts (we create on request)
• Free website & email migration
• Extra storage: +5GB @ R80/month

Emails-Only Plan

• Business email hosting & support (mailboxes, DNS, migration)
• Reasonable mailbox/storage allocation; upgrades quoted if needed
• No website hosting, updates, or content changes included

2) What’s Not Included (Billable on Request)

• Website redesigns, new pages/sections, or layout changes
• New features (e.g., bookings, e-commerce setup, custom plugins)
• Graphic design beyond simple image swaps
• SEO strategy, copywriting, ad/marketing campaigns
• Bulk imports (e.g., large product uploads or complex content migrations)

3) “Minor Changes” – Definition & Examples

Small, quick edits that keep your site fresh without changing structure or adding features.

Friendly promise: If a request falls outside “minor,” we’ll confirm scope and quote first—no surprises.

4) Paid Services & Subscriber Rates

All billable items are quoted for approval first. Complex work may require a brief to confirm scope.

5) Hosting Terms (Shared Hosting, 5GB Included)

Use our hosting or keep your own—your website plan fee stays the same. If you move to us, we include free website & email migration.

• Shared hosting: professionally managed server; no cPanel access (we handle server tasks).
• Included storage: 5GB (site + mail). Need more? Add +5GB @ R80/mo.
• Unlimited email accounts available—request creation through support.
• Third-party server software installs are not supported.

6) Support & Response Times

• Business hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 (Africa/Johannesburg)
• Response time: within 24–48 hours (downtime & security get priority)
• Most minor changes are completed within 1–2 business days

7) Payments, Email Reminders, Grace Period & Continuity

• Plans are prepaid monthly or annually. Accepted: card & EFT.
• Email reminders are sent to the billing email on file:
  • 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before the due date; and on the due date
  • 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 days after due date
  • 12 days after due date: escalation email
  • 15 days after due date: suspension notice email (service temporarily suspended)
  • 30 days after due date: cancellation email (account canceled; files archived 15 days)
  • 45 days after due date: deletion (files permanently removed)
• To avoid interruptions, please keep your billing email current and whitelist our address.

8) Cancellation, Backups & Deletion

• Cancel anytime—no notice period required.
• On cancellation (good standing), we can provide a full website backup and email backup on request.
• For accounts in arrears, backups are provided after the account is brought up to date.
• After account cancellation due to non-payment, files are retained for 15 days; then permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

9) Ownership, Access & Security

• We maintain our own admin account for management and security.
• Your WordPress admin access remains active while the account is in good standing.
• No cPanel access on shared hosting; we handle server-level tasks for you.
• We do not share credentials or data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

10) Fair Use & Liability

We work hard to keep your site fast, secure, and up-to-date. Some events are outside any provider’s control. The plan excludes responsibility for:

• Downtime caused by third-party hosts, ISPs, or global internet issues
• Client-side changes, accidental deletions, or unauthorized access
• Bugs introduced by third-party plugins/themes beyond our control

If something happens, we’ll advise clearly and help you fix it in the simplest, most cost-effective way.

11) Helpful FAQs

Can I use my own host? Yes. The website plan fee is unchanged. If you move to us later, we’ll migrate your site and email for free.

What if I need more than 6 changes? Extra minor changes are R80 each for subscribers. We’ll always confirm first.

Do unused changes roll over? No. This keeps the plan simple, fair, and affordable for everyone.

How fast is support? We reply within 24–48h on business days. Urgent issues get priority.
